Mt. Baker Chai

Ingredients:

8 oz freshly brewed coffee

1 tablespoon unsalted grassfed butter

1 tablespoon MCT oil (coconut oil will work)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon Mt. Baker Chai seasoning

 

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender that handles hot temperatures

2. Blend until smooth and creamy

3. Sip and enjoy!

***Notes: For a caffeine-free alternative, substitute Traditional Medicinal’s Roasted Dandelion Root Tea instead of coffee.  Also, not all blenders handle hot liquid well.  Be sure to use the appropriate equipment.
